1st day of EJD Autumn Meeting - General Assembly 2022
Junior doctor representatives from all across Europe are meeting in the Norwegian capital of Oslo, hosted by the Norwegian Junior Doctors Association and the Norwegian Medical Association, to discuss various pressing issues and future projects.
As an introduction, guest speakers from NHS - Health Education England, and WHO-Europe presented inspiring slides on junior doctors' wellbeing and working conditions, as well as the current challenges in Europe on health and medical workforce planning.
In the afternoon, EJD Committees are having their sessions, reporting on last semester activities on European level, presenting on future designed projects and initiatives that will involve all member countries, and discussing proposed EJD policy statements on Health Workforce and the European Working Time Directive implementation.
